Lindell Yacht's Composites Fabrication team is seeking full-time composite finishers.
Applicants should have 3-5+ years of experience in the area of fiberglass faring and post finishing. 
Below is a list of necessary skills and job requirements.

• Experience in fiberglass layup process and materials is required.
• Painting and finishing experience
• Basic knowledge of common hand and measuring tools is critical.

• Experience in autobody repair could be transferable to marine finishing.
• Gelcoat and laminating experience.
• Post finish fiberglass experience.  

• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Is self-motivated and uses time efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to short notice demands/changing requirements.

• Is at work and on time.
• Must maintain clean and orderly conditions in assigned work area.
• Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Understand and participate in Envionmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established.
• Must read, write, and speak English
