Lindell Yacht's Composites Fabrication team is seeking full-time composite finishers.
Applicants should have 3-5+ years of experience in the area of fiberglass faring and post finishing.
Below is a list of necessary skills and job requirements.
- Experience in fiberglass layup process and materials is required.
- Painting and finishing experience
- Basic knowledge of common hand and measuring tools is critical.
- Experience in autobody repair could be transferable to marine finishing.
- Gelcoat and laminating experience.
- Post finish fiberglass experience.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Is self-motivated and uses time efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to short notice demands/changing requirements.
- Is at work and on time.
- Must maintain clean and orderly conditions in assigned work area.
- Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Understand and participate in Envionmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established.
- Must read, write, and speak English
